Dan DeBono, chief infrastructure funding officer for the U.S. Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT), will provide first-hand insight on the Trump administration’s transportation P3 policies as keynote speaker for ARTBA’s 31st Annual Public -Private Partnerships (P3s) in Transportation Conference July 18 in Washington, D.C. The three-day conference takes place July 17-19 at the Grand Hyatt Washington.


DeBono spent 20 years in private sector finance and investing before assuming responsibility for oversight of lending and grant programs at U.S. DOT in March. He specialized in multi-strategy credit and investing across industry, including media, telecommunications, energy, materials, and infrastructure. Most recently, DeBono ran a small investment and advisory business in his native New York.

ARTBA’s P3 Conference is one of the association’s highest attended events of the year. It offers opportunities to connect with hundreds of key decision makers, project sponsors, private-sector finance executives and government leaders from all levels. The conference also features an annual awards luncheon to recognize noteworthy individuals and projects, and an “Emerging Leaders Track” for early career P3 professionals.
