State transportation leaders from Louisiana, Georgia, and Maryland will provide insight into how they surmounted obstacles and built momentum for major public-private partnership projects in their states as part of ARTBA’s 31st Annual P3s in Transportation Conference, July 17-19, in Washington, D.C.
Louisiana Department of Transportation (DOT) Secretary Dr. Shawn Wilson, Maryland DOT Secretary Pete Rahn, and Georgia DOT Chief Engineer Meg Pirkle will lead the July 18 plenary session: Making P3s a Reality, An Owners Discussion.
ARTBA’s P3 conference is one of the best attended events the association hosts, with opportunities to connect with hundreds of key decision makers, project sponsors, private-sector finance executives and government leaders from all levels. Attendees can earn Professional Development Hours and enjoy complimentary admission to the 6th Annual National Workshop for State & Local Transportation Advocates, which takes place July 17 at the same hotel.
