ARTBA’s four annual regional meetings begin next week. This year’s sessions are more important than ever following the association’s national convention in Florida being cancelled last month due to Hurricane Irma. There is still time to register for one of the meetings in your area:
- Oct. 23-24: Western in Denver
- Oct. 25-26: Southern in Nashville
- Nov. 8-9: 7th Annual Dr. J. Don Brock “TransOvation® Workshop” & Northeastern in Boston
- Nov. 14-16: Central in Indianapolis
Each of the meetings will feature a unique professional development workshop, including technology and workforce development issues. Top state DOT officials will address important regional developments.
All four meetings also will provide the latest federal funding (Highway Trust Fund fix and Trump administration infrastructure package) and regulatory news from Washington, D.C., plus excellent opportunities to network with other industry professionals.
This year’s Western regional is being held in conjunction with the Colorado DOT Transportation Summit. The Central meeting is partnered with the Indiana Constructors Inc. (ICI), one of ARTBA’s chapter affiliates.
