Nominations for the 2017 Industry Leader Development Program (ILDP) are due by Friday, March 31. The intensive two-and-a-half day program, May 16-18 in the Nation’s Capital, helps rising leaders in the transportation construction and development sectors gain a solid understanding of industry economics … learn how U.S. transportation work is funded and financed … how federal government actions impact the industry … and how they—and their company or agency—can become politically engaged to help shape transportation policy.

The ILDP is held in conjunction with ARTBA’s annual Federal Issues Program (FIP) and the Transportation Construction Coalition (TCC) Fly-in. Participants will also visit with their members of Congress to discuss current transportation legislation and regulations.

Previously known as the Young Executive Development Program, the ILDP boasts of more than 650 graduates from 200 companies, state contractor chapters and public agencies over the past 21 years. For more information contact ARTBA’s Nick Goldstein at or 202.289.4434.
