Chairman Graves will share his perspective on the FAST Act and look ahead to federal legislation that will shape the nation’s P3 market. In May, he played a key role in circulating a letter signed by more than 125 House colleagues urging the tax-writing Ways & Means Committee to include a permanent Highway Trust Fund (HTF) revenue plan in any tax code reform bill.
