Congressional leaders Dec. 1 released the 1,300-page transportation reauthorization conference report.  The five-year, $286 billion “Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act,” is expected to clear the House and Senate within days and be sent to President Obama.

The obvious question: What will the new FAST Act mean for the transportation construction market in 2016 and beyond?

ARTBA’s Chief Economist Dr. Alison Premo Black and ARTBA Senior Vice President of Government Relations Dave Bauer will address this question and much more during a 90-minute Dec. 2 webinar that provides a 2016 U.S. Transportation Construction Market Forecast, and comprehensive overview of the FAST Act .
