Reinhardt cake 1-15

ARTBA’s Rich Juliano presents a cake to Bill Reinhardt of Public Works Financing celebrating its 300th issue.

On January 13, ARTBA hosted more than 30 transportation thought-leaders for an extensive discussion on policy developments in public-private partnerships (P3s).  The second annual “Town-Gown Roundtable” was an invitation-only event presented by Public Works Financing and its founder Bill Reinhardt.  Officials from several state DOTs led a series of dialogues on current P3 issues with private sector and academic participants.  Topics included best and final offers, alternative technical concepts, project bundling, risk management, P3 research and more.  The event also commemorated the upcoming 300th issue of Public Works Financing, founded in 1988 shortly before ARTBA’s own P3 Division.  For more information, visit www.pwfinance.net.  To learn more about ARTBA’s P3 Division and ARTBA’s 27th Annual P3 Conference on July 15-17, contact Rich Juliano.
