ARTBA is seeking nominations for the 2014 “Dr. J. Don Brock TransOvation™ Awards,” a national program promoting and recognizing innovations that make our transportation infrastructure network the best it can be in serving those who pay for it, use it and rely upon it.
Nominations should be innovative transportation infrastructure-related products, services, technologies and/or techniques that can be documented to provide a high return-on-investment by:
• Improving transportation safety;
• Saving transportation users and taxpayers time and/or money; and
• Making our transportation infrastructure more environmentally sustainable
All nominations must be submitted online by August 29. The competition is open to all interested individuals and organizations. Winners will be recognized November 17 at the annual “Dr. J. Don Brock TransOvation™ Workshop” at Microsoft Headquarters in Redmond, Wash.
