ARTBA staffers rolled up their sleeves Aug. 17 to help the Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit Food & Friends, which prepares and delivers meals to children and adults living with HIV/AIDS, cancer or other life-challenging illnesses. ARTBA employees have volunteered at the organization in previous years as a community service.

This year’s ARTBA crew of 14 spent the morning helping to prepare over 3,000 frozen meals, fresh fruit and vegetables, and other staples for residents in D.C., Maryland and Virginia. (Hence, the unflattering hair nets.)
