President Donald Trump released an outline of his infrastructure priorities earlier this year, with leveraging private capital as a key element of the plan.

At ARTBA’s July 18-20 P3s in Transportation Conference, attendees will hear from senior administration officials about the outlook for the proposal; regulatory and policy changes being made to help project delivery; and the latest on P3-related programs at the U.S. Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT).

Confirmed panelists for the July 19 general session include:

  • Alex Herrgott, associate director for infrastructure, White House Council on Environmental Quality
  • Jim Ray, senior advisor to the secretary for infrastructure, U.S. DOT
  • Grover Burthey, deputy assistant secretary for Policy, U.S. DOT

Shant Boyajian of Nossaman will moderate.

Check out ARTBA’s P3 Division website to see an updated agenda and other details for the Conference.
